Your Critter Sitter Terms and Conditions of Service
Your Critter Sitter is a professional experienced business and it is important for you, the client, to understand and accept the following terms and conditions.
The parties hereto agree as follows:
Your Critter Sitter agrees to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Your Critter Sitter unless arising from negligence on the part of Your Critter Sitter.
The client agrees to keep Your Critter Sitter fully informed of all medical and behavioral issues both verbally and in writing, and to continue to update Your Critter Sitter on these issues when and if they change.
The client agrees to pay for any additional visits, all necessary vet visits, additional food and out-of-pocket expenses relating to servicing of pets or home, including additional time undertaken, any damage caused to a third party (either animal or human) and fines levied by council, police or other authorities pertaining to animal behavior/regulations and the cost of retrieving any missing animal.
The client agrees to pay all locksmith call-out charges and repair costs in the event of a faulty lock or door which will not allow Your Critter Sitter entry to premises to undertake the contracted work.
Your Critter Sitter accept no responsibility for negligence of any kind to home or pets where entry to premises is given to a friend, relative or neighbor or any other party including real estate agents, cleaners and tradesmen.
Your Critter Sitter respects your privacy and does not share information with any third party.
The client agrees to pay Your Critter Sitter 20% of the service fee for any cancellation or alteration of a service where notice is not given or is less than 24 hours. It is understood that a Public Holiday surcharge is levied at 100%.
