Your critter Sitter is your complete Mobile Grooming van with hydraulic grooming table, hydro washtub with temperature-controlled water and two-speed high-pressure blow dryer. There is a ramp for senior dogs with hip or joint problems.

Heather holds her Certificate III in Dog Grooming, trained by Deborah Ryan LCGI, Director of Dog Grooming International. (Deborah Ryan has a City and Guild Licentiateship Diploma in Dog Grooming from the London Institute, one of the highest English qualifications for Dog Grooming).

Heather will assess and discuss your dog's grooming needs and clip choices; breed clip, summer shave-down, de-matting. (Your new puppy should be at least four months before it's first groom). Regular four or six week appointments can be made in advance to avoid disappointment.

Pink Shampoo an all-round thoroughly cleaning and deodorising, soap-free product for animal coats. It brightens white coats, highlights natural colours and provides a superb lustrous coat finish. It is naturally based, pH balance between 6.0 – 6.5pH, soap free, biodegradable, free of phosphates and environmentally responsible.

Pink Conditioner a revitalizing, naturally based conditioner, restores the coat condition, softens the coat for ease of brushing, soothes and invigorates the skin, biodegradable and environmentally responsible.

Organic Coal Tar Lotion an all round product with amazing soothing powers from all natural ingredients. A fantastic shampoo and conditioner, suitable for animals with dry scaly skin, contains Coal Tar, Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Neem Oil and Vitamin E. Neem Oil is recognized as an insect deterrent and has antibacterial, antifungals and antiviral properties.

Aroma Care Cologne a fabulous cologne that contains pure steam distilled Essential Oils of Lavender and Chamomile plus Vitamin E for the skin. Lavender has a natural calming effect and used daily leaves a lasting beautiful fragrance. (Can be sprayed on animal bedding to kill that wet-dog smell).

Your Critter Sitter uses Fido's White and Bright Shampoo for light coloured coats A pH balanced, soap free shampoo enriched with orange and grapefruit essential oils that adds brilliance and shine to an animals coat without bleaching,

Dog Wash includes a full body massage, cleaning ears and eyes, and finishing with either a towel dry or blow dry. When required nails can be trimmed and if requested a hygiene clip added.

Your Critter Sitter walks small compatible groups of dogs Monday to Friday in all weather under Heather's trusted, watchful eye. She knows you want the best for your Pet but business and family commitments don't always allow you the time you would like to spend exercising your dog. It's not just about the exercise but also breaking the boredom of a house or apartment bound pet. Like us our pets need social interaction and mental stimulation. They need time to sniff around, to run and play, bark and be joyful. To deny this is to compromise your pet's general health.

Heather can arrange to pick up and return your dog from your home (whether you are there or not), your office or a work place. The Your Critter Sitter van is safe for traveling your pet with air conditioning, leash-clips, first aid kit and full insurance coverage as required by Health and Safety regulations. Your Critter Sitter is a member of the Pet Industry Association.

Hannah will be primarily concerned about the well being of your pet while you are away. Litter trays emptied, messes cleaned, wet and dry food and fresh water put down, reassurance given to your pet with a cuddle and a pat, and for you a quick mobile text with pic. But there is also 'Home Security' to be considered. Hannah will be that regular visitor checking on your home, bringing in the mail, putting out the rubbish bins, giving that 'someone home look' to your property that might be all that is needed to deter a would be house break-in.

You can register on-line at any time giving your details and those of your pet. You will be asked for your vet details and the contact details of a friend or family member in case of an emergency. Hannah will arrange a complimentary 'Meet and Greet' with you and your pet, to learn your pets requirements and to arrange the pick up and return of keys. Or if you prefer Your Critter Sitter is happy to hold a set in our office safe for use at another time.
