Dog Wash
Your Critter Sitter mobile van requires roadside parking in front of your house with access to a garden tap and power point. Most homes have a garden tap in the front of their property and power points can be accessed in the garage, through front windows or door. The van has extension cords and all types of garden tap clip-on fittings. If you live in an apartment most blocks provide a wash bay for tenants that have both water and power points. The van is compliant with all NSW Safety Regulations. All hose and power cords that stretch across the footpath are covered and marked with a bright orange road cone.

Dog Grooming
Your Critter Sitter groom includes a full wash service. A full wash and groom will take between an hour and two hours depending on the size of your dog and the type of clip.
Heather recommends booking regular four or six week appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. Because Your Critter Sitter is a mobile business traveling time between appointments is very important. Therefore we ask you to be considerate to those who may have been unable to book the day or time of their choice. A 10% late cancelation fee (24hrs) will be added to your next wash/groom.

Dog Walking
Your Critter Sitter Dog Walking is from Monday to Friday. Dogs are driven to safe off lease parks and allowed to mix with the other dogs. The walks are a social time and dogs are encouraged to greet and play with each other. Dogs walks are carried out in all weather and if you have a weather proof coat you want your pet to wear, Heather is only to happy to make sure your pet stays warm and dry.
Dog Walks that are prepaid three months in advance receive a discount.

Pet Sitting
At the 'Meet & Greet' it is important to give Hannah all the house and pet details for the time she will be entering your home to look after your pet. If on the day you leave you remember something that wasn't discussed, please leave added instructions clearly written on the kitchen bench. During the time you are away the mail and newspapers will be brought in, plants watered, rubbish bins put out on the correct day, lights turned off and on to simulate occupancy if requested.
Your Critter Sitter requires a 50% deposit before the commencement of the service with the balance on return of the keys. There is a shopping fee of $50 if your pet requires additional food or litter.
