Your Critter Sitter offers the complete mobile dog washing, dog grooming service, hydro-bath, natural soap-free shampoos, conditioners, colognes, blow-drying, hygiene clips, ear cleaning, nail cutting, pet clips, shave downs.

We come to you, our fully equiped grooming van requires safe roadside parking, back alley or driveway with access to a garden tap and power point.  We carry extension cords and a verity of garden tap clip-on fittings.  If you live in an apartment block check if there is a tenants wash bay.  The van is compliant with all NSW Safety Regulations.

Your dog’s health is important to us.  We only use environmentally friendly natural products, soap and phosphate free shampoos and conditioners with no added colour or perfume.   Our shampoos provide thorough cleaning and deodorising, brighten white coats, highlight natural colours and leave the coat with a lustrous finish.  The naturally based conditioners restore and soften the coat for ease of brushing.

If you want a pleasant after bath fragrance Your Critter Sitter has spritz colognes that leave a long lasting fragrance applied directly on the coat, Joop for ‘Boys’ and Channel for ‘Girls’.  The colognes can be used daily and sprayed directly onto bedding.

Your Critter Sitter mobile dog grooming service offers regular booked appointments with some flexiblity for casual clients.  Dogs need to be brushed regularly as part of pet maintenance and physical wellbeing. A matted or knotted coat can tear away from the skin causing discomfort, pain and the possibility of infection.

Your dog needs to be groomed professionally every 6 – 7 weeks if they have a short hair style or short coat and 4 – 5 weeks for longer hair styles or long coat.  Your new puppy should be at least four months before it’s first groom.   

Dog grooming takes between two and four hours depending on the size of the dog, how regularly the dog is groomed and the style of clip required.  We recommend a regular four, six or eight week appointment booked in advance to avoid disappointment.  Our traveling time  is  important so please considerate others when cancelling as a 20% late cancelation fee (24hrs) may be added to your next appointment.
