Your Critter Sitter and any associated staff or contractors (“The Company”) undertake a duty of care in the provision of our services to you. We are a professional company with high standards of integrity and a trained staff. The Company Principal holds an Australian Federal Police Certificate (Security Clearance) and all staff or contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. The Company is associated with relevant industry bodies, including the Pet Industry Association of Australia (PIAA) and we have made every effort to ensure both the Company and our clients are protected against any unforeseen circumstances. The Company has standard public liability insurance with AON Risk Services Australia Ltd ABN 17 000 434 720 (underwritten by CGU, Vero and Allianz Insurance) under the Insurance Contracts Act 1984. However, the Company cannot accept liability in a situation not covered under the provisions of our insurance policy. For example, and withought limiting the generality of the foregoing, any misfortune occurring to your premises when being accessed by the Company’s services, such as loss, theft or damages, must be covered by whatever insurance arrangements (if any) you have chosen for your premises. The provisions of the Company’s insurance contract are available should you wish to read them, and you might also wish to check how any insurances you may have covers service provision by us in your absence.
Your Critter Sitter and any associated staff or contractors make every effort to carry out a duty of care in all services provided. However, the Company cannot take total responsibility for your property or possessions in the course of our agreement with you, or any responsibility thereafter, for your belongings or assets. By signing below, you acknowledge that you understand the limited pubic liability carried by the Company and that it is primarily related to the health and needs of your animal(s) and the nature of the assigned duties your agree to us carrying out on your behalf which includes access to your property.
